SHIPPING INFORMATION AND ESTIMATES

Please note that due to the high volume nature of our business model, we have a 10 business day turn around time from purchase date. You can expect to receive tracking updates prior to the 10 days but this does not mean that your item is ready. Please wait the full 14 business days before contacting us about your parcel's movement.

If you’re requesting information about the tracking and updates for a standard order, please understand the following:

1. Australia post are our delivery service. They are responsible for your order once it leaves our hands. To get updates, you will need to locate your tracking number which has been emailed to you and visit their website.

We advise that you check your junk mail if you cannot locate this.

2. Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days and can take from 5-10 business days to be processed during drop periods. Our business days are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and do not include public holidays. If you haven’t received updates, either you email address has been entered incorrectly or it hasn’t been processed by our staff just yet.

3. Exchange inquires will be responded to within 48 hours during business hours.
