1. Australia post are our delivery service. They are responsible for your order. To get updates, you will need to locate your tracking number which has been emailed to you and visit their website.

We advise that you check your junk mail if you cannot locate this.

2. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. Our business days are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and do not include public holidays. If you haven’t received updates, either you email address has been entered incorrectly or it hasn’t been processed by our staff just yet.

3. Exchange inquires will be responded to within 24 hours during business hours.
