PROCESSING TIME

We are a small business that puts an enormous amount of effort into every order and we appreciate your patience beyond recognition.

Processing time is generally within 3-5 business days, depending on the demand. You will receive tracking and shipping updates via email. You can click on the tracking number directly to track your parcel.

Standard Shipping: Usually delivered within 3-5 business days excluding processing time. (Allow 5-10 during sale periods)

Express Shipping: Usually delivered within 1-2 business days excluding processing time. (Allow 5-10 during sale periods)

 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders are processed by our awesome team within 2 business days of purchase (Allow 5-10 during sale periods). You will receive tracking and shipping updates via email. You can click on the tracking number directly to track your parcel. 

Pre-order items are processed & shipped within 14 business days and you will be emailed with updates.
