We do offer exchanges and refunds on any full price item according to our ‘Returns & Refunds Policy’ and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
To qualify for an exchange or full refund your item/s must be received by us within 14 days from delivery. All items packaged securely, unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached.
We do not permit returns or exchanges for the following:
- Products purchased on sale i.e. during a promotional sale period or on markdown
- Items purchased incorrectly due to sizing issues (exchange only).
- Products received without an authorisation
- Underwear, Swimwear or Lingerie products
- Products not received in their original condition
- Products without their tags attached
- Products that appear worn or smell of perfume, deodorant, body odour or tan products
- Products that are marked or damaged in anyway
Zro Fux reserves the right to deny any item that does not adhere to the conditions of this policy. In this instance the item/s will be returned to the address provided on the original order.
HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM
- Contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org & please include your order number and the item/s that you wish to return and ensure that item/s are eligible for return. Please wait for confirmation before sending the items back as we will need to check stock levels.
- You will need to cover the cost of your return back to us and enclose a pre-paid satchel for your new item to be sent back in. We recommend using a tracked method of postage as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
- It is important that you note on the invoice with your desired exchange and sign and date the request.
- Returns are usually processed within 5 business days of receipt. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please note refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

You have purchased from us is faulty, incorrect or if you are missing an item, please email us at email@example.com with relevant and clear photos of the fault and/or mistake along with a detailed description of the issue and will endeavour to assist you with an outcome. All claims must be made to us within 14 days of delivery for Australian customers and 30 days for International customers.
