Exchanges
We are not responsible for items that do not fit as we have sizing charts available on our website.

We will happily exchange an item but this will come at your cost.

To arrange an exchange, you will have to cover all shipping costs to & from to complete the exchange.

We require your item with tags and packaging + a pre-paid Auspost satchel enclosed for the return shipment from us.

We will need you to enclose the invoice with your hand written request for your exchange and have you sign off on the request.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

How long does it take to ship?

All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Express post is 1-2 days and Standard 2+ depending on location.

All items are shipped from Melbourne.

Once Australia Post has received your parcel from us. It is entirely out of our hands. Please check your tracking number via your emails and consult Australia Post with any delay queries.
